Is My Non-Profit Organization Eligible?

Our qualification requirements are derived from those of Google Grants. These include being a US registered 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, being expressly non-commercial and secular (non-religious), having an existing web presence and more. In addition, only non-profits with an annual income of over $250k and administrative overhead of less than 15% and 4-star rating (according to Charity Navigator) are considered.

Can I apply for my favorite non-profit?

The applicant must have a decision making capacity within the eligible organization for which he/she applies. If you are not in such a position, either contact someone who is or suggest an organization with it's URL and appropriate contact information.

Why do you guys get out of this?

Before we launch to the public at large, we want to learn more about the needs of various non-profits and tweak our platform accordingly. It's also an chance to support causes with which we identify while spreading the word of our products & services.

How do you plan on choosing successful applicants?

Each program application is reviewed carefully by our team. Once we determine that eligibility requirements are satisfied, we review your organization's current web presence, structure and publicly available information to determine whether you would benefit from the JumpStart program. If we are interested, we will contact you with the next steps.

My organization was "pre-approved", what does this mean?

This means that someone has suggested your organization for our program and our team has evaluated and approved your organization. You do not need to submit a primary application, but should instead get in contact with the team member who sent your pre-approval email notification if you are interested in following through.
